LENDER PILOT

Run one loan through governed reconciliation.

Send us one active construction loan. Every draw is gated against contract truth, every decision is anchored to a verifiable audit trail, and ledger and exposure risk surface deterministically. No black box. Nothing fabricated.

What we need from you

Six inputs, in dependency order

Capital first, because capital governs everything downstream. Inputs 1–3 stand up a governed pilot; the rest deepen it as you provide them.

1Contract terms & capital rulesRequired
Contract value, margin threshold, retainage %, and the compliance requirements you enforce (COI, W9, lien waivers, prevailing wage where applicable).
→ Activates canonical project identity, capital twin, and draw governance.
2Schedule of Values (SOV)Required
The current SOV / G703 with scheduled value and % complete per line. This becomes the governed truth.
→ Activates SOV validation, the earned-value baseline, and billing governance.
3Pay applications / draw requestsRequired
The G702/G703 draw packages you're being asked to fund.
→ Activates draw-readiness and the governance verdict — APPROVED / HOLD / MANUAL_REVIEW — on every draw.
4Compliance documentsRecommended
COIs, W9s, lien waivers, certified payroll (if Davis-Bacon applies).
→ Activates compliance gates. A draw missing a required COI holds automatically.
5ERP / accounting export (SAP, Sage…)Optional
A posting export — invoices, accruals, retainage GL.
→ Activates the Governed Ledger Bridge: duplicate invoices, stale accruals, and billing-ahead-of-earned-value, reconciled line-by-line against your governed truth.
Without an export this rail runs on a sample feed for demonstration. A real export makes it real.
6Field daily logsOptional
Daily work logs with % complete per scope.
→ Activates the field rail: physical progress vs. billed progress, surfaced as observational evidence (it does not gate money until that history matures).
What you get back

Governed output, not a dashboard

A governed verdict on every draw

APPROVED / HOLD / MANUAL_REVIEW with explicit reason codes, tied to a compiled, versioned doctrine and a stable doctrine hash. The same inputs always produce the same verdict — and it fails closed to HOLD if anything is unreadable. Money never moves on a typo.

Exposure posture

LOW / MODERATE / HIGH, with every driver itemized and weighted, so you see exactly why a project's risk moved. No black-box score.

Governed ledger review

Duplicate postings, stale accruals, and overbilling against earned value — reconciled against your governed truth when an ERP export is provided.

A signed audit bundle

Every decision SHA-256 anchored to an immutable event chain. Any verdict can be independently re-verified.

How the pilot works

Lightweight by design

Active loan
30–60 days
Pilot window

Kickoff

To first verdict

Start with inputs 1–3 and we stand up a governed pilot. We align on the success metric together at kickoff — typically: every draw decision reproduced and audit-verified, and at least one real discrepancy surfaced before funding.

The guarantee

Truth gates money. Contract gates rails. No silent failures. Every decision is deterministic, reproducible, and audit-anchored — and BuildPaid never invents a number, a date, or a risk it can't ground in your data. Where a signal isn't available, it says so rather than guessing.
